こんにちは♩

ISTISTの徳子です。

今日は、意外と知られていない、ISTISTの縫製場所のご紹介。

実は、工房で縫っているという事も案外知られていないという事を最近感じまして。笑

縫製場はお店いすといすとの奥にあります。

そして、２階が裁断と生地在庫。

生地はいつもできるだけのオーダーにすぐに対応できるように揃えています。

それぞれ反物なので、重いです。汗

この棚は、反物用に店主に買ってもらいました。

縫製は、工業用ミシン（直線）2台・工業用オーバーロックミシン1台・工業用裾引きミシン1台・職業用ミシン2台・コンピューターミシン1台

あとは、ふらっとろっく・オーバーロックなどです。

基本的には上記のミシンを使って、ニットから厚手まで。お店を営業していない作業日はほぼミシンに付きっきりです。

ちなみに、すっごく狭いんです。ミシンを敷き詰めてます。

定番の人気のものや、数がいるものは、国内の縫製工場様にお願いしているアイテムも多々ありますが、コロナ禍の影響で縫製工場も様々な影響を受け、お客様におまたせが伸びてしまったり…なので基本的には最初のラインナップは自分たちの手で縫っています。あとは、地元のパタンナーさんにお願いしたり。

作りたいものや使う生地が増えていく度に、ミシンも増えていき、物も増えました。

お店にミシンがあるからこそ、数日で裾上げに対応出来たり、オーダーのご相談があったりと幅が広がっていると思います。

そういえば、職業用ミシンばかりだった頃、初めて工業用を購入する時はかなりドキドキしました。

スピードも物の仕上がりも全く違ってくるので、やっぱりブランドづくりには欠かせないな、そう思います。今ではむしろ工業用のミシンの方が割合を占めてますが。笑

縫っているからこそ、縫製糸や細かいところまでこだわれる。

お客様のご要望に少しでもより応えることができる。

ファストファッションも増えている中、せっかく私たちのつくる服を選んで頂けていることはとても喜ばしいことです。

これからも、多方面の技術をあげて、より気持ちいい服を作っていきたいと思います。
